Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

 We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please note: Some orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process if additional information is needed from you. A follow-up email will be sent in those cases. For out-of-stock or backordered items, a separate email with detailed information will be sent. 

Gypsett Collective ships items between 5-7 business days of receiving payment.

Return Policy

All merchandise—with the exception of promotional and sale items—may be returned within 7 days by mail. Please contact us at info@gypsett.com for more information.

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refund will be applied when item is received undamaged. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).  A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

 

Gypsetter is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.  When selecting your carrier, please use a trackable and insured shipping method. Please mail your return to the following address:

Payment Method

All payments are accepted online only. Payment is required immediately at check out. No checks or money orders. Wayfarers can use debit, credit cards or paypal via our  shopping cart checkout. No paypal account is required for checkout unless that is your desired method of payment.

We are required to collect sales tax in states where Gypsetter is shipping.
